Multifibre is artificial sweetener free and is carefully formulated with six fibres from natural sources – apple, oat, maize, citrus, chicory and soya. Each scoop of this tasty, delicate apple flavoured powdered drink mix provides 5 grams of fibre to support your goals.

Oat fibre (28 %), apple fibre (24 %), maize dextrin (24 %), soya fibre (9 %), citrus fibre (5 %), inulin (from chicory - 5 %), flavouring, thickeners (acacia gum, xanthan gum), maltodextrin, anti-caking agent (silicon dioxide).

Gently shake the canister prior to each use. Mix 1 scoop (6.8 g) with 150 ml of water. Alternatively, you can add Multifibre to your Formula 1 Shake Mix or even to your morning oats.
