How to use

Gently shake the canister prior to each use. Mix ½ teaspoon (1.7 g) with 200 - 240 ml of hot or cold water. Enjoy this product within a balanced and varied diet, as part of a healthy active lifestyle. Drink one or two glasses per day. One serving contains 87.5 mg of caffeine.

Store with lid closed in a cool, dry place.

For a warming infusion, boil 1 litre of water and infuse it with your favourite berries. Add 2.5 teaspoons of Instant Herbal Beverage with Tea Extracts. Comforting and warm, the perfect drink to enjoy on a cold day.
